Specialist Condensation Removal Kit made to make the process of removing trapped moisture from the inside of double glazed units simple, safe and achievable by the homeowner or local handyman/woman.

Thousands of units are repaired each month using our system; to make the process as simple as possible we have launched this semi-professional kit, presented in a hard wearing plastic case with foam infill.

The Kit includes a unique (patent applied for) glass mounting drill press that holds the Dremel drill safely and securely in place whilst the operator single-handedly drills a precise hole in the glass in just a few seconds, the drill press ensures the hole is drilled in the precise location and with the built in coolant delivery system the diamond drill bit remains cool and free from built up glass dust during the drilling process.

Drill Press:

· Hand operated vacuum seal securely locates the drill on the glass.

· Coolant delivery system with adjustable flow control ensure cutter head is kept cool and free from glass dust during the drilling process.

· Corner locator guides ensures the correct hole location.

· Once located the drilling process can be carried out single handed, making drilling units of ladders safe (3 points of contact can be maintained)

· 6mm Core diamond bit glides through the glass in just a few seconds.

· Heavy duty plastic design for use outdoors.

· Designed to fit any Dremel drill with the standard nose thread connection (see compatible list below).

· Built in depth stop to prevent damaging the internal pane of glass.

· Rubber mounted to absorb pressure if operator tries to drill hole too quickly.

· Includes spanner to load Dremel.

The kit includes all of the necessary equipment needed to carry out the full process including all sprayers, hoses, trigger assembly etc (see full list below).

The kit includes enough initial stock to repair up to 12 standard non safety glass sealed units (up to 1.2 SqM each).

Additional stock can be purchased direct from our website, the average cost of materials needed to repair a unit is just £5, the average cost to have a unit replaced by a Window Company ranges from £80 - £120 each.

Specialist Anti-Fog Drying Agent is included; this unique product rinses the unit down and removes the moisture and condensation from the glass, at the same time coating the glass with a hydrophilic nano polymer that prevents fogging.

A specialist clear sealer is included to reseal the bottom of the unit to prevent further ingress of moisture.

6mm Diamond tipped core cutter and a specialist Dremel conversion adapter are include.

Conveniently packaged in a hard wearing plastic case, with foam infill to protect the tools. (Liquids packaged separately).
